Whether it is how they are welcomed into your space, a class they have attended, or a goodbye on the way out, we aim for the client experience to be consistent on a visit-to-visit basis.

The Client Journey // From the Front of House, to the Instructors or In House Cleaner, we ensure that a high level of service is provided through each touch point. This means the way the client is greeted on the phone or within your space must be with a warm and welcoming attitude. A tour of the space is always given thoroughly with all questions answered along the way. They feel safe entering into their modality of exercise without fear that they will not succeed, and they know that no matter what day they show up, they will receive unparalleled hospitality.

Emotional Consistency // Trust. The client needs to trust that they will have the same level of service each time they attend your space. If they are blown away on one visit and receive adequate service on the next, we will leave them feeling unsatisfied in the end.  We will ensure that they are coming back.

Communication // How does our brand speak to our clients?
